Didier Tholot and Dejan Sorgic met journalists at the traditional pre-match press conference on Thursday, 24 hours ahead of their trip to Schaffhausen.

Here's what to take away from the press conference :

Didier Tholot, on upcoming fixtures:
"Our victory in the Cup did us good. We're on a positive trend and we have to do everything we can to keep it that way. We have to want to win every game. We know that we'll be expected to play on every pitch and that we have to give 100%. It's up to us to keep working hard and stay on track. What's certain is that we won't be able to do any less. The important thing is to keep the series going for as long as possible."

Didier Tholot, on the match against Schaffhausen:
"Every match can be a trap. If we're to continue moving forward, we'll need to put the right ingredients on the pitch. Our approach to this match may be different from the one against Baden. It will be a complicated game against an opponent who wants to get out of a bad situation, but we have the ability to go home with points."

Didier Tholot, on the English week ahead:
"We did a lot more work the week before the Grasshopper game. After the Schaffhausen game, everything will come together very quickly. We'll need to be vigilant in terms of recovery and all off-field aspects. We're going to take one game at a time, without making any calculations. A professional footballer can play three games in a week.

Dejan Sorgic, on the match against Grasshopper:
"We played a very good game collectively against Grasshopper. Winning 3-0 against a Super League team is no mean feat. It was a great moment of joy for the whole team. My two goals were important, but that's not the main thing. The most important thing is that we continue in this competition."

Dejan Sorgic, on his move to FC Sion and the current season:
"I've always followed FC Sion. For me, it's a club that belongs in the Super League. I hope we can return to the top flight soon. It's not easy to climb straight back up after relegation. We've made a good start to the season with a first-place finish, which isn't easy when you've just gone down. The matches ahead will be interesting against good opponents. We'll need to be diligent if we're to defend our top spot.

Dejan Sorgic, on his love of goals:
"Every goal makes me feel good. I love to score. I've been through times when I didn't score and I know how to deal with them. I don't put pressure on myself. I believe in the team and I believe in myself. The first goal in the Challenge League will do me good, and the others will follow. For several years now, I've also been working with a mental coach, whether in good times or bad. Experience also helps in situations like these. The most important thing, beyond the goals, is also to help the team defensively."

Schaffhausen - Sion, tomorrow at 19:30 at the Berformance Arena!
